Selfie AI needs no account and keeps your photos on your device. Most questions are answered below. If something looks broken, deleting and reinstalling the app resets it cleanly, since everything is stored locally.
Common questions
- How do I get a read on a photo?
- Open the app, pull a selfie from your roll or take one, and it returns a score, four meters, the looks rack, and a three move plan. Everything happens on your device.
- Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?
- No. Your photos are read on your device to produce the result. They are not uploaded to us and are not stored on our servers.
- What do the score and meters mean?
- They are a stylized read of lighting, angle, expression, and framing, meant as a guide to a better shot and a bit of fun. They are not an objective judgment of you.
- The app needs photo access.
- The read works on a photo you choose, so the app asks for permission to open your library or camera. You can grant or deny this at any time in your device Settings under Privacy.
- How do I remove a saved shot?
- Open the shot in the app and delete it. To remove everything the app has stored, delete the app from your device.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign up and no login. Nothing about you is required to use the app.
